  • Zappen Sets Program Record In 2-0 Women’s Ice Hockey Victory February 17, 2012 MANCHESTER, N.H. – Goaltender Amy Zappen (Huntington Beach, Calif.) made 15 saves this evening to become the program’s all-time leader in saves as the Saint Anselm College women’s ice hockey program notched a 2-0 victory over the Spartans of Castleton State College Friday evening at the Thomas F. Sullivan Arena.

The pre-season team is constructed by a special committee.

  • Baseball Opens Season with Split at Belmont Abbey February 11, 2012 BELMONT, N.C. – Sophomore Nate Gonya (Wolfeboro, N.H.) went 2-for-3 and drove in three runs and senior Sean Hayden (Haverhill, Mass.) gave up one earned run over five innings as the Saint Anselm College baseball team opened its season by splitting a doubleheader with Belmont Abbey College at Abbey Yard on Saturday afternoon. Belmont Abbey captured the first game, 9-0, while Saint Anselm came back in game two and earned a 10-2 victory.
