Hunt competed in 10-of-11 events this season, finishing as the top golfer for the Hawks in eight of the ten competitions. Hunt finished in a tie for first place at the NEIGA Championship with a two round score of 152 (76-76), and finished in the top-10 at the Bowdoin Invitational (2nd – 147), Mike Bello Invitational (6th – 151) and NCAA East Regionals (T-7th – 223).

At the NCAA Regionals held in West Virginia, Hunt shot an opening round 76 to end the first day in a tie for 26th before firing a second round 77 to enter the final day in a tie for 37th. On the last day of the Regional, Hunt carded five birdies to shoot a two-under 70 and climb all the way into a tie for seventh place, just missing out on qualifying for the National Tournament.

In 21 rounds played this year, Hunt posted an average score of 76.5 and only carded over an 80 on four occasions. He was also named the NE10 Golfer of the Week on October 25th after his performance at the NEIGA Championships.
