HOW THEY GOT HERE
After missing out on the postseason last year, Saint Anselm, the No. 2 seed in the Northeast Division, returns to the NE10 Championship for the fourth time in the last five seasons. The Hawks enter the tournament for the 14th time with an overall record of 18-15, including a 16-8 mark in the NE10, and the 16 wins are the program's most since 2014.

As the Southwest Division's No. 3 seed, Le Moyne (28-16, 11-9 NE10) advanced to Championship Weekend by defeating No. 4-seed New Haven 6-4 in the opening round on Tuesday on a walk-off three-run home run by freshman catcher Ally Nicolosi. The Dolphins are making their fourth-straight appearance in the NE10 Championship and earned a berth in the NCAA East Regional last season.

HAWKS VS. DOLPHINS HISTORY
Le Moyne leads the all-time series with Saint Anselm by a 29-9 margin as the two teams meet for the 39th time. The two programs have not met since the Dolphins swept the Hawks in a doubleheader in Manchester on April 7, 2013.

The Hawks and Dolphins are meeting for the fifth time in the NE10 Championship, with both teams winning two of the four previous meetings. Saint Anselm posted 8-2 and 3-0 victories in 1997 and 2000 before Le Moyne was victorious 4-1 and 11-1 in 2002 and 2003. This will be the sixth meeting overall in the postseason as Le Moyne also defeated Saint Anselm 5-0 in the NCAA East Regional in 2002.
