Hannah Byrne '15
Title: Volunteer Assistant Coach

Hannah Byrne ’15 is in her first season as a member of the Saint Anselm College softball program’s coaching staff in 2017-18.

Byrne started all 149 games she played in over her four-year career on the Hilltop, including starting every game over her final three seasons. She ranks fourth in program history in assists (305), seventh in games started (149) and tied for ninth in home runs (10). Byrne also holds single-game program records in RBI (5 at Bentley, 3/25/12) and home runs (2 vs. Concordia (N.Y.), 3/5/13).

She also served as a team captain in her senior season of 2015 and was part of three teams that made the Northeast-10 Conference Championship. Her teams posted a combined record of 91-76 over Byrne’s four seasons and the 2015 team earned a berth in the NCAA East Regional.

Bryne graduated from Saint Anselm after majoring in sociology with a minor in criminal justice and was named to the Dean’s List and NE10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll in six of her eight semesters.
