Matt Fortin is in his first year as the game management coordinator at Saint Anselm and also serves as an assistant baseball coach for the Hawks. He started both roles on Monday, Sept. 25, 2017.

Fortin came to Saint Anselm from Seton Hall University, where he completed an operations and facilities management internship in his final semester. He graduated from Seton Hall with a bachelor of science in business administration in 2017.

While at Seton Hall, Fortin played four years of baseball for the Pirates and was a Big East Academic All-Star. He played in 109 games and made 74 starts at catcher over his four-year career for the Pirates, batting .259 and drove in 39 runs over his final two seasons. Following graduation, Fortin played for the Rockland Boulders of the CanAm League in the summer of 2017.

The Nashua native played four years of varsity baseball and three years of varsity ice hockey for Nashua North High School and was a three-time all-state selection for the Titans on the diamond.
