Amber LeBlanc enters her first season as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Saint Anselm in 2019.
A 2018 graduate of Keene State College, LeBlanc was a per diem athletic trainer for the Hawks during the 2018-19 athletic season, working with many of Saint Anselm's varsity sports offerings.
During her stint on the Hilltop, LeBlanc evaluated injuries, performed therapeutic modalities and established acute and long-term plan of care for Saint Anselm student-athletes. She also documented injuries and recovery progress using electronic databases and assisted with preseason pre-participation screens.
LeBlanc spent the Fall 2017 athletics season at the Cheshire Medical Center, building her evaluation and treatment skills while observing orthopedic surgeons in their daily clinic. She also picked up valuable experience working with sports teams at Keene High School and Northfield Mount Hermon School during her undergraduate work.
With the Owls as an undergraduate, LeBlanc spent two semesters working with Keene State student-athletes on the baseball and men's and women's lacrosse teams. Scholastically, she has presented three times at the Keene State Academic Excellence Conference.
LeBlanc, a native of Nashua, N.H., owns certifications from the National Athletic Training Association, the Eastern Athletic Training Association (EATA) and the New Hampshire Athletic Training Association (NHATA). She has attended EATA and NHATA conference.
