    SOUTH EASTON, Mass. – One-hundred fifty-one Saint Anselm College student-athletes, representing each of the school's 17 intercollegiate athletics programs that compete in the conference, were named to the Spring 2014 Northeast-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll. The honor roll recognizes student-athletes at each of the conference's 15 institutions for their success in the classroom.

    SOUTH EASTON, Mass. – Freshman QB Yianni Gavalas (Manhasset, N.Y.) of the Saint Anselm College football team was selected as the Division II/III winner of the Ray Gallant Insurance New England Football Writers’ Gridiron Club of Greater Boston Gold Helmet Award for week 11, NEFWA announced Tuesday evening. Gavalas will receive his award Wednesday at 11:45 a.m. at the weekly New England Football Writers' Luncheon at Dillon Field House on the campus of Harvard University.

  • Charles Eclipses 2,000-Yard Mark in Football’s 41-40 Defeat Against LIU Post

    MANCHESTER, N.H. – Senior RB Keith Charles (Laurel, Md.) submitted a performance fit for Senior Night and went over 2,000 yards rushing for his career in the process. All that was missing was the win. The Saint Anselm College football team played its best game of the season Friday night, but again came away empty-handed as Long Island University-LIU Post scored a touchdown with 24 seconds left in regulation to steal a 41-40 victory and spoil the Senior Night festivities at Grappone Stadium.
