Men's tennis blanked by Nichols, 7-0

MANCHESTER, N.H. – The Saint Anselm College men's tennis team lost to Nichols College by a 7-0 score on Sunday.

The Hawks remain without a win through its first three matches of the year and will return to action on Thursday, Sept. 27, hosting Merrimack at 3 p.m.

Nichols recorded 6-2 wins at each doubles flight, capturing the early 1-0 lead in the match. Freshman Michael Rosen (Andover, Mass.), classmate Ethan Hall (Duxbury, Mass.) and sophomore Sam Kluger (Nashua, N.H.) each needed three sets to determine their matches, but Nichols held on to win all six singles bouts.
