    MANSFIELD, Mass. – One-hundred fifty four Saint Anselm College student-athletes, representing each of the school's 17 intercollegiate athletics programs that compete in the conference, were named to the Spring 2015 Northeast-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll. The honor roll recognizes student-athletes at each of the conference's 15 institutions for their success in the classroom.

    MANCHESTER, N.H. – The Saint Anselm College softball team split its two-game slate at the NCAA Division II East 2 Regional Saturday at Southern New Hampshire University's Penmen Field, knocking out Queens College (N.Y.) with a 2-1 win in the midday game before getting eliminated from the postseason tournament by the host Penmen by the same 2-1 score in the nightcap at Penmen Field.

The Hawks will take on crosstown rival Southern New Hampshire University in an NCAA East Region First Round matchup Friday at 2 p.m. at SNHU’s Penmen Field.

    INDIANAPOLIS – The Saint Anselm College Softball team is tournament-bound for the second time in school history, the NCAA Selection Committee announced Monday morning. The Hawks, who will be making their second ever appearance in the NCAA Division II Championship Tournament and first since 2002, will join the 64-team field as an at-large selection in the East 2 Region.

First pitch is scheduled for a 2 p.m. start on Manchester’s north side.

    MANSFIELD, Mass. – Four Saint Anselm College softball players were donned with Northeast-10 Conference honors, the league announced Tuesday. Senior pitcher Tayla Trask (Lincoln, Maine), junior catcher Pattie Turner (Warwick, R.I.) and junior second baseman Julie LeClair (Taunton, Mass.) were all named to the All-NE-10 Second Team, while freshman outfielder Amanda Bickford (Salem, N.H.) was named to the Third Team as well as the 2015 All-Rookie Team.

    MANCHESTER, N.H. – Student-athletes representing all 20 of Saint Anselm College’s intercollegiate sports were honored and celebrated at the 2015 Celebration of Athletic Excellence on Monday evening at the Dana Center. The evening’s festivities also honored six individuals that were the recipients of the Charles J. Quinn Sportsmanship Award, the Anselmian Athletic Club Student-Athlete of the Year award and the Senior Scholar-Athlete of the Year award.

Well, the host Warriors put on quite the homerun derby in its two-game slate against the Saint Anselm College softball team Saturday, belting eight homeruns en route to a 7-6, nine-inning win then trouncing the Hawks 10-1 a five-inning decision in the nightcap.
