WORCESTER, Mass. – Michaela Criscione hit a two-run home run and Amanda Bickford reached base four times for the Saint Anselm College softball team but the Hawks dropped a 6-2 decision to Assumption on Thursday afternoon at Marois Field.
Assumption (16-20, 13-10 NE-10) opened up a 6-0 lead with five runs in the middle innings before Criscione went deep for the second time this season in the seventh to get Saint Anselm (12-24, 8-15 NE-10) on the board.
