Jessica Douillette is in her seventh year on the Saint Anselm College softball coaching staff in 2020.

Since joining Saint Anselm, Douilllette has helped the Hawks to new heights. The Hawks have made three appearances in the NCAA Division II Tournament and won the 2018 NCAA Division II East Region Championship, earning the program its first appearance at the NCAA Division II Championship in Salem, Va. Dating back to the start of the 2018 campaign, the Hawks own a dominant record of 85-23-1 (.784).

Douillette was a four-year starter at catcher at Southern New Hampshire University, graduating in 2013 with a degree in forensic psychology. She is currently working on attaining a Master of Education in elementary education at Southern New Hampshire University.

In her career at SNHU, Douillette started in 62 of the 77 games she played and helped the Penmen to a record of 94-82. Her teams won 57 games over her final two seasons and Douillette hit .316 her senior year to help her team to the Northeast-10 regular season championship.

Douillette was a four-year varsity catcher at Concord High School and captured a state title in 2009. She was also an all-state performer in both 2008 and 2009.

She has coached the U14 ASA NH Lightning team (2009-11) and the U16 ASA Lightning team (2011-13), as well as the U16 ASA NH Hurricanes team (2013-14).

Douillette resides in Methuen, Mass. and is an active member of the Sigma Alpha Pi Society of Leadership and Success.
