Ryan was a First Team All-Conference selection and Putnam earned Honorable Mention team placement for the Hawks. Saint Anselm has recorded a 17-12 overall record this season as the duo helped the team to secure its fourth playoff berth in the last five seasons.

A transfer to Saint Anselm from NCAA Division I Boston College, Ryan had an outstanding debut season with the Hawks. She averaged 18.3 points per game in 2017-18, ranking second in the league while her 10.9 rebounds per game was tops in the NE10. She secured 15 double-doubles, leading the Hawks while ranking second in the conference.

On a national scale, Ryan ranks fifth in NCAA Division II in overall rebounding (317) and 11th in field goals made (221). Her 15 double-doubles and her 10.9 rebounds are the 12th most in NCAA Division II to date – defensively, she ranks within the top 50 in blocked shots (56) and blocked shots per game (1.93).

Earning Player of the Week honors on Feb. 5 of this season, Ryan scored at least 13 points in all but one game on the season. She also recorded at least nine rebounds in seven-straight games from Jan. 23 to Feb. 17 and hauled in a season-best 19 caroms against Adelphi on Jan. 6. The 30 points scored against Caldwell in her Hawks debut on Nov. 11 was a career-high mark.

A two-time team captain, Putnam set career-high marks this season in games started (29), minutes played (1,013), field goal percentage (.413, 90-for-218), free throws made (62), rebounds (95), assists (100), steals (33) and total points scored (266). Putnam recorded the 500th point of her career at Franklin Pierce on Jan. 31.

Ranking 13th in Division II with 1,013 minutes played, Putnam's 34.9 minutes per game ranked her second in the NE10 and her 1.92 assist-to-turnover ratio was the fifth-best figure in the league. In all-time program history, Putnam's career free-throw percentage of .83217 (119-for-143) is the fourth-best mark.

Ryan is the first NE10 First Team honoree from Saint Anselm since Candace Andrews '17 in 2015-16 and Putnam is the first Honorable Mention nod in her team's history.
